This policy explains how Avenorra handles personal data when you visit avenorra.com or get in touch. We collect as little as possible, never sell your data, and use no advertising or tracking.
Avenorra is operated by Simona Balakchieva, an independent HR and career consultant working internationally (CET timezone). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question — or to exercise your rights — email us at s.p.balakchieva@gmail.com.
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data needed to serve pages and keep the site secure — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use this to identify or profile you.
We use the contact-form information solely to read and reply to your enquiry and any follow-up about working together. Our legal basis is your consent when you send the form — which you can withdraw at any time — together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We process basic technical data to operate the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of trusted providers (“processors”) purely to run the site and deliver your message:
These providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is shared with Google or any other font provider.
We keep this simple: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no visitor profiling. Your language choice is stored in the page address (the /bg path), not in a cookie.
The only thing that may be stored on your device is a strictly necessary token set by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots when you submit the form. It's required for the form to work securely and needs no consent.
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any resulting conversation, then delete it. If we don't end up working together, we remove your message from our inbox within a reasonable period.
Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy (portability), and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email s.p.balakchieva@gmail.com and we'll respond within the legal timeframe.
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, Bulgaria — cpdp.bg. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your own country.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown above.
